36 senior apartments in an historic school on the 2300 block of Carpenter Street in the Graduate Hospital area of Philadelphia. Watch for our new town home development coming in 2023. 17 new townhomes in phase 1 and 20 existing townhomes will be demolished and rebuilt in phase 2.

Sunshine Court, at 524 Christian Street, is a highly desirable townhome development in Queen Village, and just one example of the jewels in our crown of development success! We are in the process of constructing 12 luxury townhomes at Artist Village located on 17th and Bainbridge. One street over, we constructed 3 connecting town homes on S Chadwick Street. This year, we plan to continue the transformation of our St. Anthony's development with 32 new homes planned for the 2300 block of Carpenter Street.

In 1988, we developed two affordable housing developments consisting of 129 apartments on 19th, 20th and 21st and Christian Streets, Philadelphia. In 2006, we renovated these units into beautiful condominiums which helped spur on the redevelopment of Grad Hospital.

In the 1999, we renovated 10 large historic duplexes on the 1500 block of Christian Street, Philadelphia. They were sold at a subsidized price to first time homebuyers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Manage projects from inception to a successful close out on multiple single family homes, and multi-family buildings.
2. Operate under a budget of over $10 million.
3. Review, approve and/or revise updated design documents.
4. Update schedules and budgets as needed.
5. Supervise subcontractors on-site day to day, in order to achieve schedules on time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a concentration in Real Estate Management & Development (defined as 15 credits) and 6 months of experience in job offered or 6 months of experience in Related Occupation.
RELATED OCCUPATION:
Project Manager or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
