1. Manage projects from inception to a successful close out on multiple single family homes, and multi-family buildings.
2. Operate under a budget of over $10 million.
3. Review, approve and/or revise updated design documents.
4. Update schedules and budgets as needed.
5. Supervise subcontractors on-site day to day, in order to achieve schedules on time.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a concentration in Real Estate Management & Development (defined as 15 credits) and 6 months of experience in job offered or 6 months of experience in Related Occupation.
RELATED OCCUPATION:
Project Manager or any other job title performing all listed job duties.
